Warranty
Every canopy comes with a manufacturer warranty, and the terms for each product are in the Warranty tab on its page. CapRax by Rhinoman canopies (Xpedition, Xtreme, LX and RAM) have a 2-year warranty from Rhinoman, or 1 year for canopies used in mining.
Making a claim
- Have your order number or proof of purchase ready, from CapRax or an authorised stockist.
- Tell us your vehicle, the canopy or accessory, and what's wrong. Photos help us sort it out faster.
- If the problem makes the product unsafe to use, stop using it until we've been in touch.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy and terms of service for details.
