About this Collection
Toyota Hilux canopies from CapRax by Rhinoman, for the new Hilux Travo (2026+) and the Hilux Revo (2015–2025). Each generation has its own canopies: dual cab Xpedition and Xtreme, Extra Cab Xpedition, and the LX for the SR J-Deck.
Which canopy fits?

SR5 dual cab (standard A-Deck tub): Xpedition or Xtreme.

SR and SR5 Extra Cab (A-Deck tub): Extra Cab Xpedition.

SR dual cab with the J-Deck tub: LX.
- Travo (2026+) and Revo (2015–2025) canopies aren't interchangeable, so choose the one for your Hilux.
Xpedition, Xtreme or LX?

Xpedition: solid aluminium gullwing side doors. Nothing on show and no side glass to break, which suits tools and valuables.

Xtreme: gullwing side doors with 250mm sliding glass windows, for airflow and a factory look with glass all round.

LX: squarer frame corners, rubber-mounted glass and a solid cab-end window. Rated to 150kg on the roof, and drilled and bolted through the end of the tub.
Xpedition and Xtreme canopies are rated to 250kg dynamic and 500kg static on the roof, enough for a rooftop tent, a roof rack and the gear that goes with them. A Rhinoman canopy has been destruction-tested to over 7.6 tonnes of static load: watch the destruction test. As with any roof-mounted gear, add up the canopy, rack and load, and check it's within your vehicle's payload.
Fitting notes
- Travo Xpedition and Xtreme canopies include an LED light with bracket and a rear-door security mesh.
- LX canopies are drilled and bolted through the end of the tub.
