$6,200.00

The Jeep Gladiator Xpedition CapRax Canopy is a premium aluminium ute canopy designed for the 2020+ Gladiator platform with factory tie-down rails. Built from automotive-grade aluminium and weighing approximately 85kg, it supports a 250kg dynamic roof load and 500kg static load, making it suitable for rooftop tents, racks, solar panels, or trade equipment.

This canopy features wide 1267mm gullwing aluminium side doors with gas struts, a bonded toughened glass rear window with integrated brake light, and a front sliding glass window with airflow vent. Automotive-grade rubber seals and keyed-alike locks provide dust- and water-resistant storage for secure gear protection in touring or trade conditions.

Full CapRax modular compatibility is built in, with twin 1274mm M8 roof channels, internal nutserts, and side extrusions allowing bolt-on integration of racks, shelves, drop-down tables, or storage slides without drilling. Factory-point mounting brackets ensure precise fitment, and the powder-coated finish improves corrosion and UV resistance.

Backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for recreational use, the Xpedition canopy is engineered for long-term durability and reliable performance across diverse Australian environments.

Jeep Gladiator Xpedition CapRax Canopy by Rhinoman

Built for the kind of driving that breaks ordinary gear. The Xpedition CapRax canopy turns the Jeep Gladiator into a weapon for overlanders, tradies, and hard-use 4WD tourers who demand strength, storage, and adaptability without compromise.

Aluminium Backbone

Forged from automotive-grade aluminium and weighing just 85kg, this canopy strips weight without giving up strength. Destruction-tested to take 7.6 tonnes static load, it handles 250kg dynamic / 500kg static on the roof — more than enough for tents, kayaks, solar, or worksite gear. Reinforced gussets and a powder-coated finish mean it shrugs off salt, dust, and heat year after year.

Fast Access. Locked Tight.

Wide 1267mm gullwing side doors swing on gas struts for quick grab-and-go access. The rear window is bonded toughened glass with a dark tint, while the front sliding glass packs an integrated airflow vent for cab circulation or pet-friendly setups. Every entry point seals against dust and water with keyed-alike dual locks — security that stands up on backroads and in town.

Modularity Without Hacks

Twin 1274mm M8 roof channels, internal nutserts, and side extrusions make this canopy plug-and-play with the CapRax ecosystem. Bolt on racks, shelves, drop-down tables, or slides with no drilling, no cutting — just clean integration for work or touring builds.

Ready for Punishment

Coastal humidity, bulldust tracks, wet-season storms — the Gladiator canopy is built to keep gear dry and secure when conditions get ugly. Structural gussets and stainless hardware back up its toughness, while detachable hinges make servicing or door swaps easy.
