Proven Load Capacity & Structural Strength

Built from 2.5 mm automotive‑grade aluminium, this canopy stays strong without dragging down payload. With a 250 kg dynamic roof load and 500 kg static load certification, the structure is validated to handle serious weight — from rooftop tents and rooftop gear to heavy recovery and expedition equipment. A static load test beyond 7.6 tonnes underscores its rugged engineering for harsh terrain and overlanding demands.

  • Fully welded frame with reinforced gussets and rounded corners
  • Powder‑coated finish for long‑term corrosion resistance in coastal and outback environments

Secure Access with Aluminium Gullwing Doors

Side access is engineered for efficiency and security. Solid aluminium gullwing doors give wide access to tools, equipment and cargo without exposed glass weak points. A bonded toughened glass rear window combines visibility with dual locks for secure closure. Door design focuses on impact resistance and theft deterrence, critical for work sites, touring hideouts or remote camps.

Dust‑Tight, Weather‑Ready, Built for the Outback

Australia’s environment is relentless — dust, rain, heat and grit test every build. The Xpedition canopy includes:

  • Positive pressure airflow vent to reduce dust ingress during travel
  • Automotive‑grade rubber seals on doors for water resistance
  • Dual dust‑proof key‑alike locks per access panel for secure, weather‑tight closure

These features work together to protect tools and gear from bulldust, rain and trail debris without modifications to your F‑150’s structure.

Modular Accessory Integration with M8 Roof Rails

Standard full‑length M8 extruded roof rails provide mounting channels for a wide range of gear, including:

  • Roof racks and load bars for gear platforms
  • Awnings and rooftop tents for touring setups
  • Solar panel brackets and recovery boards

Internal nutserts expand modular accessory fitment for internal storage, shelving and workplace integrations. This modular canopy system adapts to work and adventure builds with clean, secure mounting points.

Precision Fit & Factory Mounting — No Drilling Required

Designed specifically for the Ford F‑150 5’5″ tub, this canopy installs using existing factory mounting points for a seamless, flush fit that maintains vehicle integrity. No drilling or alterations are needed, preserving warranty compliance and preserving vehicle structure.
